We make our Worcestershire powder from dry ingredients, and you can either add a liquid of your choice or use it as-is. The depth of flavor in our seasoning is achieved with nori, instead of anchovies, so ours is vegan. Our own recipe, blended with sea salt, dextrose, garlic, onion, HVP hydrolyzed soy protein, tapioca starch, cloves, nori, cayenne, mustard, black pepper.
