Stuart loved his salt when he started the business, coming up with a few different salt blends to satisfy everyone. This blend became popular due to its well-rounded flavor, and it can easily be used in just about anything. Our own recipe, blended with salt, sugar, celery seed, onion, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and rice flour.
