This is a blend of spices capable of harmonizing with chile peppers popular in Santa Fe cooking. As such, it pairs well with chiles, and can be used in ground pork, baked beans, or salads. Our own recipe, blended with cumin, coriander, sea salt, Mexican oregano, garlic, and onion.
